6 + Adds a new EXPDEGRAD extension which contains filter-dependent degradation coefficients that are now derived from
7 simultaneous exponential fits to the Standard star data rather than 'constant' catalogue sources. This includes data
8 of the standards taken at off-boreight/off-Jupiter patch locations for revs > 3224. This represents a MAJOR change of
9 philosophy: it is (1) a move back to using standard stars and (2) it considers the decay as exponential with an
10 asymptotic, non-zero residual throughput. The CCF retains the existing DEGRADATION extension containing the previous
11 polynomial-based coefficients so as to maintain backwards compatibility, alongside an ALGOID=1 keyword so CAL task
12 computes inverse of exponential model if =1 and polynomial correction function if absent. These changes were first
13 implemented on 2023-09-15. Furthermore, this CCF contains another new extension (BORECORRFACTORS) that provides relative
14 correction factors, for each filter, for extra degradation at the pn boresight. These factors, which apply only to sources
15 observed at the pn boresight, are in tabulated form. The extension also contains the defined boreight region
