        + update following filter with V-filter  LMC distortion map
        + following the analysis from Jon Mittaz:
        + B, U, UVW1, UVW2, UVM2.
        + maps of white, magnifier and grism1 and grism2 1st order images
        + were updated as well, as it is assumed that the main distortion
        + is introduced by the fibre taper, therefore the distortion should
        + be identical for all filters. Slight offsets seen between different
        + filters will become subject of a later update.

 files distortion.map_* , distortion_paramx and distortion_paramy
 accuracy of platescale into astromet.dct now to 6 digits
 correct wrong platescale for magnifier and UVW2
