Version 0.6 - 2001-04-25 (DL)

        Modified the different tables to be coherent with gain calibration
        in response to SAS SPR [972] "CAL_getRedistribution and 
        CAL_gainCorrect are incoherent".
        The BINNEDPI_EBOUNDS now contain what EBOUNDS  contains. 
        The EBINS extension contains now the Frank Haberl-supplied PN RMF 
        972 row values. Previously this contained 4096 values which made 
        rmfgen run 4 times more slowly.

        Modified the file to add an absorption coefficients table as requested 
        by the MPE team, This is slightly different than the XMM absorption
