Version 0.8 - 2000-8-23

        + DL Modified to reflect the database update on 21 June 2000. All bad
        pixels now classed as UPLINKED
        + NOte there was a problem with the bad pixels put into the sequences 
        for the recovery of lost exposures, so that some exposures might not 
        haveall bad pixels correct;y uplinked. This was rectified on August 3rd
        At the moment we have no way of recognising this automatically

        versus not uplinked versions of some bad pixels
        + The new bad pixels will incidentally be uplinked from a database 
        change on 21 June 2000

        + DL  Added in new bad pixel locations reported by the PN team email of
        15-6-2000. This removes an earlier reported location, and ad interim 
        the database update is delayed, so that these location will be changed 
        to "uplinked" types at that point in time
