Version 1.9 - 2015-01-28 (MSm)

        In the 2014 winter eclipse season, many MOS exposures at the start of 
        the science window were operating with the FP temperature several
        degrees above nominal (-120 C) due to precise thermal control not
        being possible during the G/S perigee gap. The currently allowed range 
        for SAS HK GTI filtering for the FP T (E1253, K1253) of [-125.0:-115.0]
        is reduced to [-125.0:-120.0] from rev 2731 to the 1st observation of
        rev 2754 in order to allow SAS to filter out the periods of
        non-nominal FP T. Nominal observations are not affected by this
        change.

Version 1.8 - 2014-02-06 (MSt)

        Allow a second value (25 or 0) as threshold value for parameters
        E1410-1413 (EMOS1 EDU 6/7 NODE 0/1 THRES = CCD3+6) starting from 
        VALDATE 2014-01-27T18:00:00
        In rev. 2589 (2014-01-27T17:43:55) the annual tests for EMOS1 CCD3+6 
        took place, therefore EDU6+7 were switched off (=set to zero) for 
        taking diagnostics of CCD3+6. After the test, a "fast EDU setup" was 
        done which did not set EDU6+7 back to 25. As CCD3+6 are not used any 
        more, this fast EDU setup is also used for other activities, e.g. 
        FF setup.
        The pipeline crashed because hkgtigen returns empty GTI tables (as EDU
        thresholds must be 25 according to EMOS1_HK_PARMINT).  
        As CCDs3+6 are not used any more due to micro-meteorite impact damages 
        we surround this problem until these EDU6+7 parameters are set to 25 
        again, by also accepting value zero starting from just before 
        Obs. 2589_0724940101.
        Change is only applied for EMOS1 HK_PARMINT.

        Changed operating temperature limit values around -120 C:
        -125 C and -115 due to the new cooling operations starting
        in rev 533

        The first 4 rows, related to E1113, E1201, E1248 and E1302
        have been removed from the HKPARMINT extension as emframes 4.11 and
        emchain 8.3 can now graciously reject CCDs in low gain mode for the
        whole exposure.

        It was noted that the DISCARDED FRAMES counters can stay anomalously
        high after counting mode stops. Therefore we disable these checks
        it the HKGTI, and catch the counting mode durations in the emchain.

        After processing several ODFs, Leicester tell us that again the limits
        are too strict.  Until we know better I put them to larger range for 
        temperatures

        Firs t testing of the new CCF showed that there are some observations
        with the MOS temperatures ou-of-limts. In view of the fact that 
        Leicester hasn't found a good correlation between gain and temperature
        this checking is only seen as a placeholder, and therefore the limits
        can be less strict
